£26,000 – £27,000 + 25 days holiday + excellent training + career progression + monthly bonus + annual bonus (up to £4k) + hybrid + early finish Fridays + performance related salary reviews (up to 5% increase)

You will be responsible for the planning, execution and completion of a variety of recruitment projects, recruiting participants for user research projects. You will also act as a consultant on behalf of the business, managing clients professionally and offering your knowledge and expertise; proactively adding value to their ongoing projects.

The role:

  • Source participants for various paid research opportunities in the UK and overseas, using recruitment tools such as Linkedin
  • Provide excellent client care, providing quotes and regularly updating them throughout the recruitment process
  • Recruit participants for research in line with the brief, using the internal database, and freefind methods
  • Liaise with marketing team to advertise opportunities for paid research across multiple platforms
  • Work with your Senior Project Manager to achieve your clients requests
  • Work on a rolling range of exciting digital research projects, for high profile clients
  • Occasionally represent the company at events / networking
