On offer is the opportunity to work for a well-established business that specialises in corporate and personal financial planning, with over 30 offices all over the Uk. You will support the integration of processes and systems across the group with a particular focus on acquisitions.
You will be providing coaching/training across processes from the Newcastle office and travelling to other offices when required.You will play a pivotal part of the team, making a direct and positive impact. You will need an understanding of back-office systems such as Volume, and Intelligent office.

The Role:
- Deliver training and development to ensure that all financial planning client administration is carried out in accordance with the firm’s procedures
- Maintain client records on company software and that the client and firm’s files are well-presented
- Completing inductions, Learning & Development and setting objectives
The Person:
- Experience working in a Financial Planning firm
- Good working knowledge of back office systems, preferably IO, volume and Platform
