The role of an Insolvency Solicitor involves managing a diverse caseload with Partner supervision, providing guidance to junior team members, and actively participating in business development events. Candidates should have previous experience in Insolvency & Corporate Recovery work, both contentious and non-contentious, with advocacy skills being preferable.

THE ROLE

* Manage a diverse caseload under Partner supervision, collaborate with the team on various cases, and provide guidance to junior members as an Insolvency Solicitor.
* Actively engage in business development events and maintain a positive and ambitious attitude.
* Effectively handle time-sensitive situations while demonstrating strong negotiating skills and attention to detail.
