Are you a Process Engineer with experience of Water Treatment, looking for the opportunity to mark your mark for one of the largest chemical / water treatment companies in the UK, providing progression opportunities tailored to maximize your skills, lots of professional development and the autonomy to make your mark?
In this role, you will lead and manage the delivery of innovative water industry projects, ensuring defined outcomes are achieved while optimizing whole life costs and reducing performance risks associated with water assets. You will review and challenge capital project business cases, incorporating innovative technologies, and play a key role in shaping a culture of innovation across the organization, fostering an environment that embraces and supports creative problem-solving and continuous improvement.

THE PERSON
* Process Engineer / Water Treatment Background
* Project Management Experience / Degree qualified
* Experience in an Innovation / Research Environment.
THE ROLE:
* Lead and manage the delivery of innovative projects, collaborating with stakeholders and action owners to implement solutions that mitigate risks and deliver business benefits and efficiencies.
* Review and challenge capital project business cases, incorporating innovative technology and the five capitals approach to ensure the delivery of benefits.
* Help shape the culture and processes for innovation across the Asset Delivery Directorate and beyond, fostering an environment conducive to successful innovation.
