Are you an IFA Admin or similar, looking to join a well-established Independent Financial Advisors, which will offer you Study Support along with tailored training to progress to a paraplanner and Financial Advisor, offering a generous company bonus and a great working environment?

Your responsibilities will include processing new business applications, managing fund transactions, conducting product and fund research, preparing valuation reports, and acting as client liaisons. Additionally you will provide administrative support, and train other staff to maintain efficient and effective office operations in the long run .

You will receive full training and the opportunity to gain qualifications that aid in the development of your career.

The Role:

  • Full training
  • Producing and sending client annual review packs
  • Uploading client data & maintaining back office systems
  • General Administrative duties
  • Sending periodic annual suitability letters

  • IFA Administrator or similar
  • Background in financial services
