On offer is the opportunity to step into a role which you can make your own, whilst directly adding value to the company. You will be responsible for providing technical administration and analytical support to two senior partners. This will be inclusive of processing and monitoring business, speaking with clients over the phone and via email, and data collection and preparing reviews / recommendations.

The role:

  • Assist the partners / financial advisors with preparation of reviews / recommendations
  • Prepare and maintain client records
  • Promote the company’s products and services through effective and efficient communication with clients
  • Liaise with product providers and third parties to obtain relevant information for clients
  • Submit business using the back office systems
  • Prepare suitability letters and reports for approval

The person:

  • Experience as an IFA Administrator
