In this role, the successful HVAC Engineer will be responsible for a grade 1 listed building with decades of history, and ensure the building and facilities are in impeccable condition for our members, guests, customers, and team members, while keeping its heritage intact.
This role would suit a HVAC Engineer experienced in conducting regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical equipment, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, boilers, chillers, pumps, and other related machinery, to ensure optimal performance and minimise downtime.
The Role
- Maintenance, and repairs of mechanical equipment
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance programme
The person
- Experienced HVAC Engineer
- Qualification in building services, plumbing, electrical, carpentry etc or similar is beneficial
