Are you as Health and Safety Advisor from manufacturing, industrial or similar looking for a highly autonomous role which offers ongoing training, personal development, and a competitive salary?

On offer is a Monday to Friday, night shift role where you will be responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance of health and safety policies and procedures. With on-the-job training and a competitive salary, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills, whilst earning comfortably.

The role will be a split between office and shop floor, conducting inspections and audits, creating risk assessments, and managing accident reports. Continuous training will be provided, shadowing the Health and Safety Manager, in conjunction with external training courses.

This family-run company are a leading supplier of their industrial products. They are highly regarded for their consistent sales and growth and are proud to have increased their turnover year on year for well over a decade.

This role would suit an HSE Advisor from a manufacturing or industrial background looking for a varied role with plenty of training and development within a large and successful business.

THE ROLE

• Assisting with inspections and audits on site
• Creating risk assessments
• Ensuring compliance with procedures and processes
• On the job training and external training courses
• Monday to Friday is 9:30pm – 7:00am, Friday is 7:30pm to 1:30am

THE PERSON

• Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor or similar
• Manufacturing or Industrial background
• NEBOSH certificate
