£35,000 – £40,000 + Company Bonus + Private Medical + 5% Pension

Are you an HSE Advisor or similar from a manufacturing or industrial background looking for a varied, hands-on role for a long-standing company, offering ongoing training and development, a variety of work, and an excellent remuneration package?

On offer is a great opportunity to join a highly profitable, long-standing company where you can implement your HSE understanding to drive procedures and processes throughout the business.

In this role you will be ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance from each employee by delivering training methods such as toolbox talks. You will also be planning and implementing new policies and procedures, and training on such things as fire safety or manual handling, with a mix between office based and on the floor.

This family-run company are a leading supplier of their industrial products, with a turnover of more than £100 million. They are highly regarded for their consistent sales and growth and are proud to have increased their turnover year on year for well over a decade.

This role would suit a HSE Advisor or similar with a NEBOSH certificate looking to make their mark in a large company offering a great package and wide variety of work.

The Role:

• Controlling risks and ensuring health and safety compliance
• Planning and incorporating new policies
• Training employees through toolbox talks
• Maintaining ISO standards (14001, 45001)
• Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 3pm

The Person:

• Health, Safety, and Environmental Advisor or similar
• Manufacturing or industrial background
• NEBOSH qualification
