Are you a HR Manager or similar with a CIPD Level 5 qualification looking for a flexible role within a growing healthcare company who provide an essential service across the UK, who give you the opportunity to work 4 days per week pro rata, hybrid after probation and a great working environment with excellent company culture?
This well-established Healthcare company offer a full range of services, including manufacturing products, installation, servicing and maintenance of the same devices and cover clients nationwide. They have built a broad client base including companies such as BUPA and due to a staff retirement they are looking for a successor to look after their 130 strong workforce.
This role will see you responsible for the overall HR department with goal of recruiting the best candidates, training them to the highest standards and retaining quality people within the business. You will work closely with senior management and group HR to actively demonstrate and live the companies values across the business, you will handle recruitment, ensure the company comply to legislation and maintain general administration.

HR Management of 130 staff including recruitment, training and standards.
Ensure company comply to HR legislation
Oversee maintenance of all employment files and review policies
Support and lead HR projects and deliver to team
Monday to Friday (8-4:30PM) – option for 4 days per week pro rata
33 days holiday including bank holidays
Hybrid after 6 month probation
HR Manager or similar
CIPD Level 5 qualification or time served experience
Commutable to Rotherham
