Are you a HR Specialist or similar, who is looking to step up to the next level in their career within a fast-paced Ethical Organic Produce company, offering a health and wellbeing program, access to free organic produce and flexible working hours?

On offer is the opportunity to join an award-winning organic and free-range poultry company specialising in high quality and high welfare organic free-range chicken and turkey. This well established company are going through an exciting period of growth, supplying leading supermarkets across the UK with produce to be proud of.

You will oversee the delivery of HR Processes, managing complex projects across all teams in the company, building relationships with internal clients and managing all general HR and administrative tasks throughout the day. You will also oversee all transactional HR duties such as, sickness absence management, employee clock-in system and data gathering for HR KPI information.

The role is looking for a HR professional with a level 5 CIPD qualification, looking to join a varied and fulfilling role where they can progress their career as the company grows around them. While also being enrolled in a health and wellbeing programme, company sick pay, free local organic produce to enjoy around the holidays and the ability to work flexible hours.

The role
* Monday – Friday (8:30-5pm)
* Building relationships with internal clients
* Overseeing sick pay, employee clock-in systems and data gathering for HR KPI information
* General HR admin roles

* HR Specialist
* Level 5 CPID Qualification
* Experience working within a HR position
