In this varied position you will have a number of responsibilities whilst supporting the roles of the HR Manager which will be, updating and maintaining employee records, setting up interviews, booking training and inductions for new and existing employees but also helping to organise the companies social calendar with various events and get-togethers.

This role will suit a qualified HR professional, looking to take a step towards developing your career with a company that are committed to providing training and progression opportunities.

The Role:
* Providing Support for HR Manager
* Update and Maintain Employee record s
* Booking training and interviews
* Organising social events
* Monday – Friday Flexi Shift, 8 hour days

The Person:
* CIPD Level 3 or higher ( Or perusing )
* Microsoft Office capabilities ( Excel , Word )
* Strong written and verbal Communication skills
* Able to handle Confidential and Delicate information
* Commutable to Kidderminster
