This is a fantastic opportunity to become an industry expert, working Monday to Friday with generous overtime opportunities in a varied and hands-on role where you will be supported by the management team.
The Role:
- Managing the service and breakdown CRM, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and in a timely manner
- Raising purchase orders
- Reviewing third party and internal repairs, attendances and damages
- Resolve customer queries via phone and email
- Imputing data and creating / updating spreadsheets
- Assisting with Ad hoc duties where necessary
The Person:
- Basic knowledge of Word / Excel / Email
- Heavy Plant / HGV / Engineering experience desirable but not essential
- Local to Curdworth
- 1 in 4 Saturdays
