- Liaise with clients / customers to understand their needs
- Manage and process hire orders with suppliers and facilitate contracts
- Calculate business margins
- Resolve customer queries
- Experience in the Hire industry or similar
- Good understanding of English / Maths
- Experience in the lifting equipment industry extremely beneficial, but not essential
