Are you a HGV Technician or similar looking for a stable, days based role working within a friendly tight-knit team within a well-established Vehicle Hire company who pride themselves on their long term staff retention and offer generously paid overtime to increase your earnings?

This company are a well-established private Bus and Coach hire company who have been working for over 40 years and provide a range of vehicles to an ever-growing loyal client base. Due to continual growth they are looking for a new HGV Technician to join their team.

In this stable role you will be working out of the workshop in Leith, assessing and inspecting the fleet making sure the vehicles are in good condition for hire in addition to undertaking PPM and reactive maintenance throughout the day. You will work within a tight-knit team of 3 technicians as you work a rotating Monday-Friday shift pattern 5am – 14.30pm and 7am – 16.30pm.

The Role:

• Assessing and Inspecting fleet of private vehicles
• Undertaking PPM and reactive maintenance
• Work within tight-knit team of 3 and liaise with workshop manager
• Monday-Friday rotating shift pattern 5am – 14.30pm and 7am – 16.30pm
• Optional Training courses available – diagnostic / air conditioning / equipment

The Person:

• HGV Technician or similar
• Happy to work rotating days-based shifts
• Commutable to Edinburgh
