Are you a Health and Safety Manager from a FMCG background looking for an exciting position that offers plenty of authority in a high-tech manufacturing facility with full training on environmental standards?
On offer is the exclusive opportunity to step into a leadership position where you will be responsible for promoting a culture of safety and leading the continuous improvement of the companies Health and Safety policy. This will include liaising with regulatory bodies and key academic stakeholders to understand and predict changes that can affect the smooth operation of the site.
This company employ over 350 people across 2 manufacturing facilities in the UK and are the go-to supplier for scalable artisan confectionary, being responsible for some extremely well known global brands.
This role would suit a Health and Safety professional with managerial experience from a FMCG background who looking for a leadership position with plenty of authority as the go-to expert.
The Role:
- Upholding ISO 45001 standards
- Ensuring Legal Compliance
- Occasional travel to support a secondary site near Liverpool
- Occasional international travel for training and networking
The Person:
- Health and Safety Professional
- Proven managerial experience
- NEBOSH Diploma or relevant degree
- Experience working in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment
