Are you a Health and Safety Officer or similar from a Construction / Residential background looking for an autonomous and varied position where you will be responsible for site-based compliance at a large construction site within a well-established company who pride themselves on their training and progression opportunities?

This well-established company are a market leader in property development and boast a range of impressive sites around the UK and ROI. They have major aims of growth within their sector and are now looking for a new Health and Safety Officer to join the team and make the role their own.

In this autonomous role your responsibilities include managing site safety and compliance of the workforce including inductions, managing contractors, and providing RAMS. Previous experience managing projects is key along with knowledge of working at height, scaffolding, and ground works. You will work Monday – Friday 40 hours a week out of the site in Bray.

This role would suit a Health and Safety Officer or similar looking for an autonomous and varied management position where you can technically progress and further your skillset within a market leading company who offer a generous benefits package including progression opportunities and a company vehicle.

The Role:

  • Monitor the safety of the workforce and oversee all site based compliance
  • Ensuring sites are in line with CDM regulations
  • RAMS + Knowledge of working at Height, Scaffolding, and Ground Works.
  • Monday – Friday / 40 hours a week

The Person:

  • Health and Safety Officer or similar
  • NEBOSH Qualified
  • Construction / Residential background
  • Commutable to Bray, South Dublin
