Do you have experience managing people in a HSE role within a manufacturing industry and are looking to head up the health and safety team of a global, blue chip company working at the forefront of manufacturing technologies?
In this role, you will be managing a team underneath you whilst attending production meetings, conducting risk assessments and accident investigations as well as being involved in continuous improvement activity and disciplinary tasks. There will be on going inhouse training on the specific company systems that you will be working with and there will be opportunities to attend formal training courses.

This role would suit a HSE Manager from a manufacturing background or similar looking for a technically challenging, varied and rewarding role, working for a global company at the forefront of new technologies.
The Role:
- Attending production meetings and dealing with disciplinary and management issues
- Conducting risk assessments and being involved in continuous improvement
- Managing a team and dealing with disciplinary issues within that team
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
The Person:
- Manufacturing background or similar
- HSE Manager
- NEBOSH certificate and IOSH membership
- Experience conducting internal audits
