Are you a Health and Safety Officer or similar from an Industrial background looking for an autonomous and varied position where you will be responsible for site-based compliance at a globally recognizable site within a well-established company who pride themselves on their training and progression opportunities?

This well-established company have been providing their services for well over 150 years across the industrial sector and due to continual growth they are looking to add an experience Health and Safety Officer to their team at the Harland and Wolfs Shipyard in Belfast- where the Titanic was launched.

In this dynamic role your responsibilities include monitoring the safety of the workforce activities through audits and inspections as well as conducting some occasional in-house training for managers and operatives. You will work a Monday – Friday shift pattern of 07:30am – 17:00pm. This company pride themselves on their ongoing training and offer a range of internal courses for all staff.

This role would suit Health and Safety Officer or similar from an industrial background looking for a dynamic and varied role within a well-established company offering the chance of autonomy and progression to regional manager.

The Role:

• Monitor the safety of the workforce
• Inspecting and Auditing
• Work within the tight-knit team
• Oversee all site based compliance
• Internal Training courses to continually upskill yourself are provided
• Monday – Friday 07:30-17:00

• Health and Safety Officer
• NEBOSH Qualified
• Industrial background
• Commutable to Belfast
