Are you a Head Gardener or similar looking to step into a leadership position overseeing a variety of sites, including parish council grounds and private estates, within a company undergoing rapid expansion where there is the opportunity to progress into Senior Management and gain additional qualifications and licences?
On offer is the opportunity to join a growing landscape management company that oversees a variety of sites over the Berkshire area including large private estates, sports pitchess, office buildings and gorunds for local councils.
Your role will include leading a small team across a variety of sites, liaising with clients to assess their needs, managing sites to ensure their completion in line with a project’s initial time and budget constraints, creating and maintaining green spaces to high quality standards.
This role would suit a Head Gardener or similar looking to lead a team to create and maintain green spaces within a business that is continuously expanding that will provide you additional training, development and qualifications.

- Manage small team and schedule work
- Create and maintain both indoor and outdoor green spaces
- Liaising with customers to find their needs

- Grounds Maintenance / Horticulture background
- Full UK Driving licence
