Are you a Head Gardener or similar looking to take another step up into a leadership position within a company undergoing rapid expansion, where there is the opportunity to progress into Senior Management and gain additional qualifications and licences?
On offer is the opportunity to join an expansive landscape management company that oversees a variety of sites over the Berkshire area including large private estates, sports pitches and office buildings.
Your role will include leading a small team across a variety of sites, liaising with clients to assess their needs, managing sites to ensure their completion in line with project’s initial time and budget constraints, creating and maintaining green spaces to unrivalled standards.
This role would suit a Head Gardener or similar looking to become a senior figure within a business that is continuously expanding and will provide you additional training and development to get the best out of your team.

- Create and maintain both indoor and outdoor green spaces
- Liaising with customers to find their needs

- Grounds Maintenance / Horticulture background
- Full UK Driving licence
