Are you a Handyperson or similar with experience working within hotels or serviced apartments, looking to join a highly prestigious and reputable company you’d be proud to represent, with a variety of work within a days-based role?

In this role you will carry out mostly planned maintenance throughout a highly luxurious complex of apartments in Kensington. Tasks will vary from light electrical, plumbing, painting, and general building maintenance. With remote support from the Maintenance Manager, you will be expected to work alone for much of the time.

The company are a highly prestigious luxury brand of apartment and residential suites, located not only in London but across the world. They pride themselves on their high-end apartments and clientele, meaning top communication and presentation skills are required.

This role would suit a Handyperson or Maintenance Technician who has experience with light electrical, plumbing and painting work within a hotels or serviced apartments environment.

The Role:

• Mostly planned maintenance within a luxurious complex of apartments
• Light electrical, appliances, plumbing and painting work
• Communicate with a variety of staff and clients
• 5 days on 2 days off, 40-hour week (occasional Saturdays or Sundays)

The Person:

• Handyperson / Maintenance Technician or similar
• Hotels / Apartments background
