Are you a Handyperson or similar with experience working in the hotel industry looking to join a highly prestigious and luxurious company, with a variety of planned work all within a days based role?

In this role you will carry out mostly planned maintenance throughout a highly luxurious complex of apartments in Chelsea. Tasks will vary from light electrical, plumbing, painting and general building maintenance. With remote support from the Maintenance Manager you will be expected to work alone for the majority of the time.

The company are a highly prestigious luxury brand of apartment and residential suites, located not only in London but across the world. They pride themselves on their high end apartments and clientele, meaning top communication and presentation skills are required.

This role would suit a Handyperson or Maintenance Technician who has experience with light electrical, plumbing and painting work within the hotels industry.

The Role:

• Mostly planned maintenance within a luxurious complex of apartments
• Light electrical, appliances, plumbing and painting work
• Communicate with a variety of staff and clients
• 5 days on 2 days off, 40 hour week (occasional Saturdays or Sundays)

• Handyperson / Maintenance Technician or similar
