Are you an aspiring Structural Engineer looking for a varied and exciting role offering full training within a friendly tight-knit team of a growing company who pride themselves on ongoing development and staff and flexibility within the role?

The company are a Structural Engineering consultancy who have built and retained a loyal client base across the residential and commercial sectors. They have been providing their first-rate service for over 7 years and take great pride in their work. Due to continual growth they are looking for a new Structural Engineer to join their friendly team.

In this varied role you will work primarily out of the office in High Wycombe, creating and refining designs for structures based on given specifications, using engineering principles and working through a personal central job list. After an initial training period you will also undertake site visitation, as you work within a tight-knit team of 4. You will work a Monday – Friday shift pattern 09:00am – 17.30pm (flexible).

The Role:

• Creating, calculating and refining packages and drawings together for clients
• Working through a central job list managing your own workload
• Work within tight-knit team of 4
• Full training provided
• Site visits ensuring adherence to the project
• Monday – Friday shift pattern 09:00am – 17:30pm

The Person:

• Aspiring Structural Engineer
• Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• Commutable to High Wycombe
