Are you a Engineering Graduate looking to step into Research and Development Engineer position where you will directly contribute to developing an innovative, industry-changing product with the chance to progress into management and lots of company benefits including funding for qualifications / training, share options and other benefits?

On offer is a varied role that you will mould into your own, directly building prototypes for the companies’ new product. This will include speeding up the iteration and testing of the companies products, and helping out with hands on engineering with areas around this.

This company are in the prototyping stage of producing a market-changing product for the industrial and energy sector. Since its birth in 2018, it has gone from strength to strength winning government contracts and have recently won a huge R&D contract.

This role would suit a Engineering Graduate keen on becoming Research and Development Engineer looking to become an integral part of a company and building up towards being the go-to technical expert for their projects.
