With a 2.1 or above at a recognised ‘Red Brick University’ or a First Class Honours in a second tier Uni, you will have the qualifications required to be put forward for this highly sought after opportunity. You will also need to have show an interest in R&D during University, or within a placement or past role.
On a day to day, you will develop new and existing products, analyse trends and formulate reports, run tests and trials, whilst liaising with various internal technical teams, including design, production and quality. This is a fantastic opportunity to play an instrumental role in the development of new products, within a cutting edge sector.
This role would suit an Engineering Graduate who is looking for a role within R&D, with training, technical progression, a variety of work and a competitive package.
THE ROLE:
- Development of new and existing products
- Office based with site visits on a global scale, 3 or 4 times a year
- Research into trends, write reports, analyse data to improve manufacturing processes
- Liaising with various internal teams, to ensure products are produced efficiently
THE PERSON:
- Engineering Degree, 2.1 or above
- An interest in R&D
- Happy to travel on a global scale a couple of times a year
- An understanding of Test Tools – Calibration / Verniers / Callipers etc
