Do you have a degree in food production, agriculture or a relevant area and an interest in food production and agricultural production, seeking cutting edge bespoke training and development and opportunities to work on a cycle with numerous departments within the company as HR, Quality and Procurement to carve out your future career?
Do you have a degree related to food, agriculture or business and some knowledge of the industry, with a willingness to learn from a range of experienced figures within the company such as projects managers and senior management members?

They are looking for a graduate within a relevant field, ideally with some experience within either the food or manufacturing industry. This is a unique opportunity for someone to step into a pivotal role, with full training provided to become the best in your field.
Working alongside a variety of departments on a rotational basis
Undertaking cutting edge training and development programmes, with close mentorship of departmental leaders
Schedule specific jobs for production lines and staff
Train and develop Production Staff
Continuous improvement within Production processes
Graduate in either Agriculture, Food or Business
