Are you a product design graduate looking to climb the ladder with a rapidly expanding, market leading manufacturing company that have huge plans for growth and an outstanding company culture which prioritises employee wellbeing, where you will have direct mentorship from senior engineer, to ensure you become highly skilled in your field and progress your career?

Do you want to enjoy an excellent training programme, that will sharpen your skills in an array of areas, such as AutoCAD, and digital printing, whilst enjoying a 35 hour week, and working with the product design team to design manufacturing packaging for companies such as Amazon and HelloFresh?

The company have been established for over 30 years, and operate globally with over 600 employees worldwide. They are experts in Design, Manufacturing and Recycling and specialise in providing sustainable packaging solutions, suppling into Pharmaceutical, Automotive and Construction.

Due to ongoing growth, they are now looking for a recent graduate to bolster their design team, working on reusable plastic solutions, with a focus on sustainability and a vision of maintaining ‘circular plastic solutions,’

The role

• Working with the Product Design team on packaging designs
• Enjoying an excellent, 6 month, training and development programme
• Completing some graphic design tasks, with training and support

The person

• A product design graduate with an interest in design for manufacturing
