From design to installation, the company cover a variety of services in the heating industry including mechanical and electrical packages, installing solar heating and air to water heat pumps, covering commercial and industrial installations of all types. As the business expands, an opportunity has been identified for a Trainee Estimating Engineer to learn how to take on the role of all project estimations.

As the Trainee Mechanical Estimator, you will be responsible for generating costs and quotes for the companies projects, liaising with clients and learning the ropes to become a well-rounded and successful Estimating Engineer, in a forward thinking and highly successful company.

THE ROLE:

• Liaise with clients to receive and submit tenders
• Provide estimated costs of proposed projects
• Carry out detailed take offs of pipework, fittings, valves and plant equipment as required
• Follow company processes and undertake training as required
