In this role, you would manage your own recruitment business and take full control over the lead generation, candidate selection and recruitment project life cycle. Working closely with the directors of the business, you get the guidance and opportunity to learn and develop professionally and personally while progressing in your career, ultimately becoming the next generation of leaders in the business moving forward.

This role would suit a Graduate who has prior experience or a passion for IT, but a natural flair and tenacity for sales and working within a business environment.
