In this role, the successful Graduate IT Support Engineer will be working on a dynamic range of IT support from 1^st line support to colleagues to managing IT hardware and monitoring network and server infrastructure. You will also have support in gaining additional qualifications to expand your IT Support skillset.

The ideal Graduate IT Support Engineer would have a IT Degree and is passionate in helping those with IT issues and looking to advance a successful career in IT Support.

The Role:

• Provide 1^st line support to colleagues
• Set up, maintain and replace IT hardware
• Monitor network and server infrastructure
