Do you have experience as a Geotechnical Consultant, looking to step into a multifaceted position, working alongside a team of specialist engineers on a range of environmentally beneficial geotechnical projects, where you will be making a positive impact upon society?

On offer is the opportunity for a Geotechnical Consultant/Engineer to immediately add value to a dynamic and forward-thinking business, dedicated to delivering industry-leading Geotechnical services with complex commercial infrastructure projects.

The Role:

• Proven track record of working in geotechnical consultancy in the U.K.
• Relevant experience, knowledge and skills of geotechnical engineering principals and practice including experience of planning and supervising ground investigations, undertaking geotechnical reporting, completing geotechnical design analysis and reports, and preparation of contract drawings, specifications and schedules in compliance with U.K. standards.
• Strong analytical skills and experience of earthworks and structures detailed design analysis and specification of engineering solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage and mentor junior colleagues.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload to ensure that timescales and budgets are met
• Good problem solving/contingency planning skills with ability to find quick, innovative and practical engineering solutions.

The Person:

• BSc, BEng, or MSc/MEng in Soil Science, Earth Sciences, Geotechnical Engineering or other relevant discipline.
• Some experience working as a Geotechnical Engineer
