Are you an General Manager or similar with experience working with Heavy Mechanical Engineering within a manufacturing environment looking to play an integral part in a market leading Heat-Exchange Manufacturer where you will be the right-hand man to the Managing Director in charge of overseeing all site operations with the opportunity for long term progression to directorship?

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a general management position within a highly successful Heat Exchange manufacturer. The company are undergoing significant periods of growth, and the Managing Director is looking for someone to assist him in the general management duties of the factory. You will be first in line to progress to a managing director of this company.

This company has been established for over 25 years designing and manufacturing bespoke heat exchangers. After significant backing from a national leader within the engineering / construction / automotive / property & grounds maintenance / rail networks / power networks / oil & gas / power stations / steel sectors, they have grown from strength to strength and are looking for the next managing director to lead the company.

This role would suit a General Manager with Heavy Mechanical Engineering experience looking to play an instrumental role in the success of a company undergoing significant growth due to increased workloads.

THE ROLE:

* Managing the day-to-day running of the site
* Customer and client-facing
* Scheduling & Design
* Managing workflow

THE PERSON:

* General Manager or similar
* Experience working within a manufacturing environment
* Experience working with Heavy Mechanical Engineering
* CAD / Engineering Background (preferable)
* Commutable to Hartlepool
