Are you a General Manager with Heat Exchange engineering experience looking to play an integral part in a market leading Heat-Exchange Manufacturer where you will be the right-hand man to the Managing Director being in charge of overseeing all site operations with opportunity to progress into directorship down the line?

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a general management position within a highly successful Heat Exchange manufacturer. The company are undergoing significant periods of growth, and the Managing Director is looking for someone to assist him in general management duties of the factory. You will be first in line to progress to a managing director of this company.

This company has been established for over 45 years and has a presence in the engineering / construction / automotive / woodworking plumbing / property & grounds maintenance / rail networks / power networks / oil & gas / power stations / steel industry to name a few.

This role would suit a General Manager with a Heat Exchange engineering background looking to play an instrumental role in the success of a company undergoing significant growth due to increased workloads.

THE ROLE:

* Managing the day-to-day running of the site
* Customer and client-facing
* Scheduling
* Design
* Managing workflow

THE PERSON:

* General Manager or similar
* Heat Exchange experience, able to produce heat transfer calculations
* Commercial / Manufacturing experience
