Are you a Food Specification Manager or similar looking for full autonomy where you will play an integral part within a Market-Leading Food supplier that work with all major high-street retailers, with a progression pathway into Technical Management?

This is a rare opportunity for a Specification Manager from a Food background to work with a market leading own brand expert where you will play a fundamental in the future growth of the business.

On a day-to-day basis you will be working with Major High-street Food retailers agreeing new products and submitting specifications. You will have weekly meetings with the likes of Marks and Spencer’s, Tesco’s, and The Co-Operative.

This is an ideal position for a Specifications Manager from a Food Manufacturing background looking to step-up and join a hugely profitable and constantly expanding business known for their internal progression opportunities.

The Role:

• Weekly Over-view Meetings with the Project Manager covering projects and objectives.
• Agree new products and agree specification with High-street Food retailers
• Ensure product cooking instructions, nutritional information, storage instructions etc have been completed / received.
• Hybrid Working (3 days Office / 2 Days Home)

• Specifications Manager or similar
• Food Manufacturing background
