This role would suit an IT Support Engineer with prior experience in Firewall and Network Support. Some who is local and be prepared to work in a varied IT Support role.
The Role: * IT Support, 1st, 2nd, 3rd line * Provide a high level of customer service to clients over the phone and onsite. * Firewalls, Network, Active Directory, VoIP, WiFi, Office 365, Hosting, Servers, Hardware, Switches, Routers.
The Person: * Proven MSP experience * Knowledge of Firewall and Network support * Being proactive and autonomous * UK Driver’s License
