Are you an Accountant with experience overseeing people, looking for the opportunity to step up into a managerial role within a market leading company with full training provided and the opportunity to gain further qualifications, kickstarting your managerial career?

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting function, payroll, tax returns, month end and yearly accounts. You will manage a small team of administrators setting KPI’s and targets whilst ensuring productivity is maintained. There will also be a client facing element to the role as you will be travelling to client sites and building and maintaining relationships.

This company are a well-established and specialist business that works in a very niche market throughout the UK. As the company have grown in popularity they have also spread into different industries now occupying space within a number of varying markets.

This role would suit a Part Qualified Accountant with experience over seeing people looking for autonomy, responsibility, and recognition. You will have the opportunity to become a key player within the business and put your own stamp on the finance team of a market leading business.

The role:

• Managing the finance team of a market leading business
• Completing customer visits and implementing and managing KPI’s and budgets
• Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5pm, 40hrs a week, Flexitime

The person:

• Partly Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Looking to step up into a managerial position
