Are you a Finance Manager, with experience in a manufacturing environment, looking for a new opportunity to use your expertise within a rapidly growing manufacturer, where you will work closely with the CFO/FD and oversee a small team of 4, with the opportunity to take on additional training and receive excellent support in your continued professional development?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer that has been providing their products to airports for more than 60 years, where you will be a key part of the Accounts team, taking on a leadership role within a small team of financial experts.

In this role you will lead the preparation of month end accounts, clear balance sheet reconciliations, liaise with eternal Auditors and financial institutions, develop regular business scorecard measurements, reporting and track gross margin variance.

The Role:

• Report directly to CFO/FD, providing necessary reporting on key metrics on a regular basis
• Communicate with external auditors and financial institutions
• Ownership of balance sheet, to maintain budgeted key ratios
• Manage a 4 person finance team and act as a mentor to more junior team members, providing on-the-job training and development
• Work with financial analyst to ensure necessary reporting on gross margin variances

The Person:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Must have some previous people management experience
