Are you a Finance Manager looking for an autonomous role where you will be responsible for 3 part qualified accountants, report directly to the Directors and be recognised for your success through a generous profit share scheme?
In this varied role you will be responsible for leading analysis, managing the current audit process, manage stakeholder expectation and leading the internal finance team who are responsible for payroll, VAT and HMRC reports. You will also be helping to train and develop the finance team and completing monthly/end-of-year accounts.
This growing company manage the complete life-cycle of grocery procurement for some of the most well known names in retail. They grow, supply and pack a variety of fresh produce and have a 5-year plan to turn over £1 Billion.
This role would suit a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or Finalist with experience in team management and auditing, looking for plenty of autonomy and responsibility within a growing and ambitious business.
Leading report analysis and presenting to the Directors and CEO
Managing a team of 3 part-qualified accountants to enable their success
Lead end of month and end of year reports
Managing the end-to-end audit process
Liaise and report to key stakeholders to manage expectation
