Are you an engineer from a plant or similar industry background looking to join a market leading company where you will receive manufacturers training and become an integral part of their service team?
As a Mobile Plant Engineer, you will be going out to the dealer network and end users with a brand-new product line you will be creating fitting kits for buckets and attachments for plant equipment. You will be responding to breakdowns and carrying out preventative maintenance as required. This role will include service, diagnostics and repair of excavator and telehandler buckets and attachments both on site and in the workshop.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Engineer looking for a new and exciting challenge with a well-established company where you will be visiting end user and companies with new products.
This long-established company is one of the UK’s leading excavator and telehandler buckets & Attachments Manufacturer they supply to a vast array of industries including construction, builders’ merchants, quarries, demolition, plant hire, agriculture, fish farms, ports, stevedores, marinas, sawmills, coal merchants, warehousing and industry.
The Role:
- Documenting requirements for fitting kits
- Servicing, repairing and maintaining plant and telehandler buckets and attachments
- Carry out routine inspections of equipment
- Diagnosing faults
The Person:
- Experience with plant equipment / machinery
- Full UK driving licence
