Are you a Field Service Engineer with hydraulics experience, looking for a varied role where no two days will be the same offering the chance to significantly increase your earnings through overtime and constant training and development opportunities?
This well-established company have been providing specialised construction equipment for over 50 years. The company have a reputation for building last-standing clients since their conception due to the industry leading service they provide. The company are highly esteemed and recognized as a top construction equipment dealer regionally, offering various types of equipment for sale.
In this role, you will be servicing, maintaining, and repairing various forklifts on customers’ sites. It includes scheduling service appointments, diagnosing issues, conducting routine maintenance, making necessary repairs & ensuring safety checks to maximise customer satisfaction. The company have an inhouse training program in place for engineers, to provide personalised training on their specialist equipment.
This role would suit a field service engineer with hydraulics and mechanical experience looking to join a market-leading company that focus on employee development and provide a varied working day.
THE ROLE
- On-site servicing, maintenance, and repairs for forklifts. 50% hydraulics, 50% mechanical.
- Appointment scheduling, issue diagnosis, routine maintenance, and necessary repairs
- Prioritizing safety checks and customer satisfaction.
