Are you an Engineer with basic electrical and mechanical experience looking to progress your career in a varied field-based role for a long standing company, offering ongoing training courses and clear routes to progress to senior positions?
In this role you will be covering the South West to install, service, and maintain wastewater systems, including tanks, pumps, and drainage. Industry specific training will be provided through on the job shadowing and internal courses, leading to promotion to a Senior Engineer within 2 years. You will be paid door to door and will very occasionally be called out in an emergency.
This growing company provide wastewater solutions for domestic and commercial clients in the South West, from design and installation to servicing and maintenance. They proudly boast a close-knit, family-feel team and are looking to continue their organic growth for years to come.
This role would suit an Engineer with electrical and mechanical experience looking for a long-term role with plenty of training, development, and progression within a small but long-standing company.
The Role:
- Service, maintenance, and commissioning of water systems
- Working with electrical and mechanical equipment including pumps, motors, and tanks
- Covering Somerset, Devon, Dorset primarily, with some work in Cornwall and Hampshire
- Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, 45 hours a week
- Occasional staying away (1/2 nights a month), on call every couple of months
The Person:
- Service Engineer or similar
- Electrical and mechanical experience
