Are you an ‘on the tools’ Engineer with knowledge of electrical control systems looking to work for a company that offers excellent training and progression?
Do you want an exciting Field-based role that offers you the ability to travel throughout the South of England with minimal nights away?
On offer is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, family-run business which values integrity, positivity and teamwork. You’ll become an expert within a small team of knowledgeable Engineers performing on-site risk assessments and maintenance of generators.
The right candidate will have a positive attitude and an outstanding knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
The Role:
- PPM, fault diagnosis, testing and repairs on all types of generators and critical power equipment, control systems, fuel tanks and associated electrical / mechanical equipment
- Load bank testing, site surveys, investigations and inspections of generators, switchgear, control systems and associated electrical / mechanical equipment
- Assist and carry out installation and commissioning of critical power equipment
- Install temporary / hire equipment on site
- Electrical testing & inspection certificates as required
- Field-based role
The Person:
- NVQ3 in a relevant field
- Full UK Driving License
