Are you a Salesperson or similar from an Engineering background looking for an autonomous role selling a range of bespoke Engineering products, primarily CNC machines to a varied range of blue-chip clients within a market leading company offering the opportunity to increase your earnings through a generous Commission Structure providing the chance to earn £60,000 in your first year?
This company are a market-leading manufacturer or specialist Hazardous Storage products, they have continually grown since their establishment in 1986 to the point they now have over 260 employees. They have experienced rapid growth in the last 2 years and as such are now looking to grow their sales team.
In this varied role you will have the autonomy to manage your own desk as you undertake a range of sales responsibilities with new (50%) and existing clients (50%). This company are known for looking after their employees and offer a clear progression structure to leadership level.
This is a remote role with client visitation across the North East and Midlands, following an initial 3-month training period where you will have to make some visits to the office.
This role would suit a Salesperson or similar from an Engineering background looking for a flexible role with major opportunities to increase your earnings through a bonus and an uncapped commission structure.
The Role:
* Sales to existing accounts (50%) and new business (50%)
* Making BD calls from leads
* Uncapped commission – (Year 1 OTE £60,000 +)
* Remote working- with travel to client sites- initial 3-month training will require some in office work
* Autonomy to manage your own desk and processes – working to KPIs
The Person:
* Field Sales Consultant / Salesperson or similar
* Engineering / Tools / CNC background
* Looking for a Remote position with occasional travel – Full Driving Licence
