Are you a Facilities Maintenance Engineer or similar looking to step into a management position overseeing two sites within a company who are known for looking after their staff, progressing their workforce and giving you the opportunity to take on more responsibility?

This well-established Healthcare company offer a full range of services, including manufacturing products, installation, servicing and maintenance of the same devices and cover clients nationwide. They have built a broad client base including companies such as BUPA and Barchester Healthcare, due to a staff retirement they are looking for a successor to look after their two manufacturing facilities with the plan of opening a third site.

This varied role will see you responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of two manufacturing facilities including the internal equipment, in-house services and externally contracted machinery. You will be involved with site modification, liaise with contractors, order supplies, fit-out work vans, maintain supplier lists and deal with security / IT systems.

This role would suit a candidate with a background in Facilities Maintenance looking to step into management whilst remaining hands on, with a growing company who look after their staff and give you the autonomy to make the role your own.

The Role:

  • Maintain 2 manufacturing sites including internal machinery
  • Manage contractors and liaise with suppliers
  • Manage accounts and operating procedures including security / IT
  • Purchasing technical equipment
  • Monday to Friday (5:30AM – 3PM)
