Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer from a Facilities / Building Services background looking for varied and exciting days-based role at a leading Hospitality venue who are known for offering continual salary and technical progression for their employees in a role offering a Bonus to increase your earnings?

This leading Hospitality Venue hold Conferences, Concerts and Live Events at their site in central Liverpool. Since their establishment in the early 2000s, they have had an increasing workload, and now employee over 250 staff- with aims to further grow their friendly maintenance team.

In this varied role you will work within the tight-knit maintenance team as you undertake varied planned and reactive building fabric Maintenance including basic plumbing and electrical work. Your work will be split between autonomous, and team based work, with occasional breakdown response.

This role would suit a Facilities / Building Services Engineer from an Electrical background looking for an autonomous and varied role within a well-established Live Events venue where you can upskill yourself through training and increase your earnings through a bonus.

The Role:
* General Building Maintenance (including Plumbing, Electrics, building Fabric)
* Work within a tight-knit team and autonomously
