Are you a Facilities Engineer or similar with a strong mechanical and electrical hands-on experience looking for a varied role providing the opportunity to come off the tools within a rapidly growing consultancy who pride themselves on their ongoing progression structure for staff which reaches as far as Directorship?

This company are a specialist design and M&E consultancy with 6 offices across the UK who work with a broad client base nationwide. They are experiencing a period of rapid growth and are looking to further grow their tight-knit team of Consultants.

This varied role will see you undertaking a range of audits, condition assessments and inspections on a broad range of clients sites across London and the South East. You will be responsible for overseeing M&E projects, assisting with lifecycle investigations and tender reports as you work closely within the tight-knit consultancy team, primarily in office with some work from home and client visitation.

This role would suit a Facilities Engineer from a hands-on M&E background looking to move into an autonomous and varied consultancy role offering specialist training opportunities and progression to senior roles.

The Role:

• Provide detailed reports, risk assessments and technical advice to customers and recommend works to contractors
• Undertake M&E surveys and inspections to assist clients
• Tender reports to clients and re-tender M&E contracts
• Cost assessment within Lifecyle plans
• Hybrid role – office and site based with some client visitation- primarily in London
• Opportunities to progress to Directorship

• Facilities Engineer or similar
• M&E background / hands on experience
