Are you an Event Project Manager or similar looking to take on the challenge of overseeing major events for a growing company who will provide progression into senior roles, training courses to upskill you and a host of company benefits?
On offer is the opportunity to join a growing Events business who operate all over the country to organize exhibitions, conferences and award shows. They are expanding due to an increase in business and need to bring on a new Event Project Manager to help oversee all their current and future projects.
This role will involve the management of multiple events around the country, liaising with the operations team to ensure that staff and equipment are scheduled and that set up of events can be carried out in line with expectations. You will also be responsible for ensuring that events run smoothly and that after the event all equipment is decommissioned, accounted for and sent back to the companies warehouse.
This role would suit an Event Project Manager or similar who wants to step up in their career and take on more responsibility within a company that like to promote from within, provide access to external training courses and provide benefits such as private healthcare.
The Role
- Planning of events to ensure feasibility
- Managing of events and overseeing disassembly of equipment
- Liaising with internal departments to understand and execute events
