In this role you will be making time cost estimates and preparing estimates to meet tender submission goals. You will ensure that all relevant documents and budgets are submitted and secure profitable works.
The ideal Senior Estimator will have good understanding of the construction industry and be a commutable distance to Birmingham.
The role:
- Tender submission strategies and producing bill of quantities
- Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver large scale estimations
- Attend client meetings to discuss projects life cycle
The person:
- Background in Estimation
- Commutable to Birmingham 1 day a week
