Are you an estimator or similar, looking for a new and exciting opportunity to join a market-leading company which provides civil engineering and building solutions to a range of sectors, such as Energy, Industrial and flood defense, where you will add direct value, as they continue their rapid growth, whilst benefitting from an excellent holidays and healthcare package , as well as ongoing development opportunities?
Do you have a passion for winning business and negotiating with clients, as well as completing take-offs and pricing, for a company that embrace best practice and have a core philosophy of innovation, education and collaboration?
The company have been established for over 40 years, and work with key clients such as Siemens, the national grid and Nestle as well as many more across the industrial building sector.
You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, as well as pricing estimates and reviewing tender documentation.
The role:
- Completing pricing of estimates as well as producing tender programmes.
- Attending client meetings and some site visits.
- Working with the commercial department on a variety of projects.
The person:
- You will be an estimator with experience in construction, civil engineering or building tendering
